		<description>And be VERY CAREFUL not to write a contract with a closing date past November 20th. Because if there is a hiccup with the loan, even if the loan is very, very clean, and you have a lender that can get it done, the new lender will still be required to allow 7 days for intial disclosures prior to closing. NO EXCEPTIONS... not even if their $8,000 homeowner credit is on the line!!!</description>
